Staff is not clear and supportive Parking you have to call them to get the gate pass , for gate pass they are asking extra money which is refundable but still they didnt provide and everytime we have to call 2 3 staff members to open the gate for parking Room was not cleaned everyday You have to run behind them for this

Mold everywhere, that is unacceptable, the walls were all ripped off, bad smells mixed with mold everywhere, everything was dirty. Bugs and flies where all over the place when we got there. I am going to complain about this. This place should be closed immediately, not to mention that the host forced me to pay a deposit and when we left she was telling me that I didn’t pay any deposit. Very poor place with no reception and no staff to talk to

The apartment was very dirty and no one was in the reception to get the key for the room I had to wait one hour to see some one one I can talk to. One of the gust helped me to ring the responsible guy and it was late night and he said to me it’s not his shift and I have to hung up until the morning so some one will give me the key. I had to rias my voice to be able to get the help. When we got to the room the room was very dirty and the toilet was very bad and not clean at all and the money I paid was £1200 but the place worth 20 pound in our money as the main guy told me for a month I can pay the money I paid or less to rent the apartment. So basically I lost a lot of money booking this place it was a rip off money. They cleaned the room one in the 13 days we stayed there and that was after we told them about 10 times to clean the room. We got only one toilet rolls for one week. When I asked the cleaner to clean the room she was laughing at me saying they don’t clean rooms every day and that I have to pay them to clean it. Every one of the staff was acting different from the others. They were bad and poor in customer service with all the gust. I would never go back there again.

Bedbugs!!! Uncaring host!

We were attacked by the bedbugs the first night we checked in. We told the host about it. The only response we got from him was " Your room number". We told him the number, then no further response. The next day we informed him that we had to move the mattress to the floor to avoid attacks from the bedbugs. We didn't get ANY response from him. So we slept on the floor for five nights.

If you are looking for good place to stay with some peace of mind, here are few reasons why i DON’T recommend this place: - The building has weird smell every where. - Booking will make you pay a cleaning fee but when you get there you need to pay 50 AED every time you will request for cleaning service. - cleaning service is not okay, they just spray water over everything in the water and mop floors, you need to ask everytime you want trash out because it's not part of the service, and i also think they never clean elevators, parkings, or corridors. - Room you see in booking won’t always be what you get. - Air-con was reading temperatures around 24 all our time there although its set on lowest cool setting, every day we will wake up sweating. - bedsheets was teared out 3 of 4 times we requested for cleaning service. - Area around the building is kinda not recommended for female who travelers alone. - To the right there is a construction site so be ready for the noises.

Superb

Mr.Ahmad and Miss.Radwa were extremely cooperative and responsive related any kind of query. Their behaviour was very good. Whenever we needed anything, they served it immediately. It was amazing experience for 13 nights stay. Water heater, bath tub, washing machine, gas stove, electric kettle, iron, iron table, kitchen utensils, room cleaning brushes and other accessories were in good and working condition. We wanted to change our room sofa as it was L type, Mr. Ahmad changed it immediately. We needed some more hangers for ward robe, Miss.Radwa brought new set of hangers within no time. They were very responsive and cooperative. Location was excellent. It was very convenient to go to downtown, bur dubai, deira dubai, abu dhabi, dubai outlet mall, glbal village, bollywood park, dubai safari park etc. Malls, supermarkets, restaurants, petrol pump, centerpoint, emax, max, carrefour and day to day store were at 5 minutes diatance from location.

It’s a fraudulent and terribly terrifying property with a condescending manager in the name of Mr. Amir.

Nothing. It is not honestly advertised on this platform. They are not what they advertise or communicate in correspondence.

I need my refund as promised. I prepaid for a Deluxe apartment for 7days stay. However, the attendant said he was not aware of my booking on arrival, but my family should stay in a small studio apartment until his manager comes, later in the day, since it was a long travel to Dubai. Sadly and with no regards, they had guests staying in the deluxe apartment I paid for. My family was threatened to wait until after 4days for their guest to checkout before we get the apartment for 3days, or take a dirty fly infested room, or request for a refund. We requested for a refund, which made the manager disappear with no response to calls or messages. We checked out after 2nights when we found another accommodation that used a chunk of vacation budget. Booking.com informed me that the property is declining compensation nor a refund for days we checkout despite their fraudulent claim and inconvenience. I am vexed that this platform advertised them and are not taking responsibility to compensate a disgruntled customer.
