About this house rental

Stylish 3 storey terraced townhouse with shared indoor heated pool, mini fitness suite and games room.

This property is part of a Grade II listed Georgian workhouse set in 12 acres. Light and airy throughout, with high ceilings, large sash windows and french doors opening to a small lawned garden with patio and seating. Quiet rural position, 10 minutes drive from Southwold and Walberswick.

Dunwich, Minsmere bird reserve, Snape and Aldeburgh are all within 30 minutes drive.

The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and very well equipped. The location is quiet but only 10 minutes drive from the beach/restaurants/shops at Southwold. Lovely, relaxing view over fields from the patio. Small, pretty enclosed garden and plenty of outdoor space around the property. The swimming pool was a bonus - great to be able to book it for exclusive use. Fiona was a very helpful host, able to provide equipment we needed for the baby, and she answered any questions promptly. We were lucky to have very good weather and all of us, from toddler to grandpa, had a wonderful time.

Location excellent for what we wanted - easy access to Suffolk coast, but quiet and relaxed location. Made good use of very nice swimming pool.
