SIB Properties presents this charming, spacious coastal cottage just a short drive from Southwold, Dunwich and Suffolk’s scenic shoreline. With comfortable living space, modern fittings, free parking and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, it’s perfect for couples, families, friends or contractors needing a practical base. Enjoy local beaches, countryside walks, cafés and pubs - ideal for autumn, winter and peak stays.

The popular towns of Snape, Aldeburgh & Framingham are also within 30mins.

Blythburgh is a pretty, unspoilt village located 3 miles from Walberswick, just over 4 miles from Southwold and surrounded by walking and cycling paths. It is a small, quiet village with an historic public house serving fabulous food, beautiful views of the estuary and the famous 13th Century church known as the Cathedral of the Marshes.

Literally just across from the house are walking paths - perfect for rambling or running.

You'll have access to the whole house. There's off road parking and you will be able to arrive when it suits you as the keys are kept in a lockbox at the house.

The house is very private with a fence all the way around the property - so nice and safe for children and/or dogs to play in!

There is also a large shed suitable for storing bikes should you be visiting for a cycling holiday.

Blythburgh is just off the A12 so easily reached from London and the house has off street parking for two cars (a third can be parked nearby if needed). Darsham train station is c.4miles away with connections into Ipswich and Lowestoft. We'll send you specific instructions to find us before your stay.

Please be aware that upstairs is genuinely a wet room - it has a sliding door and isn't large. The downstairs bathroom has a separate shower and bath, so is perfectly suitable for guests that cannot manage the stairs.

A security deposit is needed to secure your booking, unless you have booked via Airbnb.
