Enjoy your days swimming in the clear water of Evans lake or fishing off the private dock; explore the lake by kayaks, available at no extra cost.

A cozy gas burning fireplace is the center of this space topped with a 70” flat screen tv and very comfortable sectionals for you to kick back and enjoy your favorite shows and movies.
