We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very accommodating, welcoming, and responsive! The home is spacious and we enjoyed spending time in the backyard. We found everything we needed from towels to extra chairs. Switches/drawers/instructions were labeled clearly around the house which really helped with findin. The home was perfect for our family of ranging ages. We would definitely love to stay here again. The location is ideal and a short drive to Ann Arbor.

Fun-in-a-box was perfect for what my family and I needed for a quick trip to Michigan to visit family at the holidays. The house was spacious, everyone had their own room with comfortable beds, while also having a large living space and kitchen that allowed us to spend time together. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The location is great. It is somewhat secluded, with good privacy provided by the trees around the property but it is Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. It is also close to the highways so it is convenient to other parts of the metro Detroit area. Being winter, we didn't spend time outdoors but the outdoor spaces are also nice and would be great during warmer months as would the game room in the garage. The host communicated regularly, checking to make sure we had what we needed. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return.

The house was perfect for our needs: 15 minutes from Ann Arbor and roomy enough for 12 people. To be honest it was not as clean as I'd hoped — the floors didn't seem like they'd been washed, there were rings on the coffee table, etc. — and some aspects of the house definitely need updating. The deck, in particular, needs to be fixed. There were wooden slats coming apart, which didn't feel safe for the little kids using the slide. That said, the welcome cookies were a nice touch :)
