Our family was able to stay at this home coming from North Virginia to Michigan to attend a funeral. It checked off all the boxes that we needed. Spacious, comfortable, cozy, easy location to get to near our near our other family members. Great for the kids!!

The house was perfect for our needs: 15 minutes from Ann Arbor and roomy enough for 12 people. To be honest it was not as clean as I'd hoped — the floors didn't seem like they'd been washed, there were rings on the coffee table, etc. — and some aspects of the house definitely need updating. The deck, in particular, needs to be fixed. There were wooden slats coming apart, which didn't feel safe for the little kids using the slide.
That said, the welcome cookies were a nice touch :)
