Céntrico, muy limpio, zona tranquila y luminoso. La propietaria muy amable y dispuesta.
Por decir algo solo tiene 1 habitación y no tienen posibilidad de poner aire acondicionado

Ubicacion excelente y el apartamento muy bonito ,además de limpio. Todo maravilloso, gracias a Eva por contribuir a hacernos una estancia muy agradable.

El apartamento está muy bien situado en el centro de Gijón. Tiene todas las comodidades, está prácticamente nuevo y muy limpio. Además Eva tuvo el detalle de tener cosas para el desayuno y agua embotellada y nos dio indicaciones de cómo encontrar parkings cercanos y dónde poder comer. Se esmeran en ofrecer un servicio estupendo.
