La Ubicación, la cercanía a todo.

La zona era muy complicada para aparcar, el termo del agua era muy pequeño por lo que las duchas tenían que ser muy rápidas.

La cercanía y el trato del personal, la facilidad para gestionar todo y la atención son muy, muy buenas. El apartamento esta genial aislado, excepto por la puerta principal que se oyen a todos los vecinos.

Falta potencia eléctrica y capacidad de agua caliente para una ducha normal de una sola persona. Parking cerca incluido en el precio, pero se aparca mas o menos bien a 10 minutos andando o en parkings de pago de la zona.
