location was good, rooms were decent, space was decent.
communication with the property management company was sub par. This is a security building where besides a key to the apartment, a fob is necessary to enter the building. Despite numerous calls and texts to the property management of the apartment, namely, Sea N Rent, we NEVER received the fob and had to make do talking our way through various lobby concierges for 12 nights. This was totally unacceptable and very uncomfortable.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. Its central location made it easy to explore the city and the balcony provided a pleasant space to relax outdoors.
