Nice spacious room with a roof terrace. The airco works well and the 2 bathrooms are convenient. The location is close to the Campanhã train/metro station, so we bought 72h tickets shortening the commute.
The neighborhood is really old and has poor facades. Lots of abandoned buildings, but new project are currently being constructed. It would be nice to move the residence on Google Maps to the exact spot, so it’s more intuitive to find, but the videos were quite explaining already.

Czystość obiektu, bardzo dobre wyposażenie. Osobne łazienki dla każdego pokoju. Fajny duży taras z pięknym widokiem, oczywiście pomijając rudery pod obiektem. Myślę, że i to niedługo się zmieni sądząc po remontach.
Blisko do stacji kolejowej i metra. Blisko też do centrum spacerem.
Jeżeli utrzyma się taki stan i cena się nie zmieni, na pewno jeszcze skorzystamy.
Nieciekawa okolica i dojście do obiektu. Moim zdaniem ten pierwszy filmik z instrukcją dojścia do mieszkania, spokojnie można wykasować, gdyż zniechęca ze względu na niekomfortowy i niespecjalnie bezpieczny spacer.
Jeżeli chodzi o hałas to bywało różnie. Słyszalny na pewno ruch z estakady nad rzeką i powyżej kolej. Przy zamkniętych oknach jest ok.

We really loved the location and style of the apartment.
Both showers are not draining which caused water to spill in the bathroom. The shower door upstairs does not close as the hinges are bad. There was a terrible smell of sewage coming from the shower, I guess the sewage issue is why the shower is not draining. As specified by our greeter we reached out to GuestReady on the booking-chat but no reply has been received.
