Melina has been by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever had, an incident occurred and she helped me out a lot and was very understanding and really put a smile on my face thank you

The lady is more than just an apartment host. She is extraordinarily kind and helpful. There were 2 accidents which were nothing to blame the apartment: 1) the whole town were out of water supply for a day, and she brought big bottles of spring water for us. 2) My bus got cancelled with no prior notice, and I had to extend my stay for another day. She managed to spare a room for me somehow. With a host like her, you really feel at home here!

The fact that it's on the last floor and there's no elevator in the building is a huge minus if you're coming with 2 small children and have to carry loads of stuff. Had I known this before, I would've never booked the place in the first place.
