The Treetops Timeshare Resort-Loft Cottages have a King Master Suite with private bathroom and whirlpool bath,and a Queen Bedroom with a 2nd bathroom on main level. In the Loft are 2 Twin Beds. The Loft Cottages all have a Full Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room with fireplace,wraparound couch and TV, and 2 Decks off of the Master Bedroom Suite and DiningRoom.Cottages/Furnishings All New in 2017

Everything was good, except da TVs. That is no smart tv so if you want to watch a movie from Netflix or Amazon.

Rental was as described. Very clean, needs some more kitchen utensils, no spatula found, but not a big deal. Beds comfortable and plenty of room for two adults and two teens. Short drive to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. Would rent again!
