About this house rental
Two acre Sun Valley home located in a serene mountain location, but just min from Ketchum, Hailey and Sun Valley airport, restaurants and retail therapy. Every outdoor experience within reach. Perched on the hillside offering expansive views of the surrounding mountains from most rooms and generous deck off the main living area.Enjoy the community pond, path that meanders through neighborhood or all the mountain trails. Peaceful retreat in the wilderness of Sun Valley.
All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The two master suites include the following;
Master #1 steam shower, tub shower
Master #2 jacuzzi
Guest - shower
Office with 1/2 bathroom.
Great room with flat screen TV with fireplace.
Open concept kitchen and dining area.
3 decks all have amazing mountains views and wild life.
Access to private lake.

Enjoyed the location which was in a quiet and safe area. Good communication. Would have been nice to have an outdoor table, gas grill and comfortable seating on the deck to enjoy the view. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware/serveware. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo, conditioner. I would stay here again. Couple of things that did bother me. Had to reach out twice regarding thermostat control which was programmed/locked in Nest. Owner responded and corrected this. (If you advertise AC, you should not have to request access). The toilets are very low which may be an issue for some. A few items in need of repair including loose bricks on the walkway. Not enough toilet paper and no dish soap. Owner was kind enough to say that she would have had them delivered but was easier to go to the store.

Lovely home. Comfortable and well-equipped. Relaxing. Location is a little bit out-of-the-way from Ketchum, but nearby conveniences were in Hailey. Gogi was always immediately available to answer questions. Enjoyed the pristine air, starlight and local flora and fauna. Deck could use a table and more comfortable seating.

The home was perfect for our needs. Gogi was awesome - even checking on us when hurricane Milton was sitting on us in Florida. The kitchen was well equipped with more than we needed. The pond/lake was nearly a half mile away but it was really pretty. I would definitely recommend this home. We loved our stay.

This home was well equipped and a perfect quiet place for us to stay while visiting our grandchildren who lived nearby. An easy drive to all Sun Valley activities in any season.
