About this house rental
Beautiful, new home within few minutes (less than .5 mile) walk to the beach and the famous 30A. Great, family oriented neighborhood. Few houses away from a quiet community pool. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops! Golf course just mile away! Fenced private yard. Four Person Brand New GOLF CART and 2 BIKES Included! More bikes available for rental. Two large front porches - one on each level. Large swing bed upstairs and the swing and relaxing armchairs downstairs. Large secluded backyard with beautiful variety of local plants. Barbecue and fire pit (Winter). Comfortable seating for up to 8.
Large open kitchen, dining and family rooms. Seating at the counter for up to 6 and 4 additional seatings at the large dinning table next to kitchen island. 3 spacious bedrooms all with beautiful private bathrooms.
Trying to decide who gets the master? Both bedrooms upstairs can serve as masters. First master bedroom with a king bed and the additional day bed has a direct walk out to the second floor porch. Sip your wine while listening to the waves in the distance and enjoy watching the stars. Master bath with the large shower and double sinks.
Second master bedroom with a king bed has a view on the wooded yard. Private bathroom with shower and deep soaking tub. Walk in closet.
Third bedroom located on the main (first) floor with a beautiful view of the wooded backyard with a gorgeous bathroom and a large shower. Bunk beds: queen/double (lower) and twin (upper). Spacious walk in closet.
Each bedroom has its own big screen TVs with multiple streaming options including Netflix, Hulu, children, sport, and news channels. Blu-ray DVD players are provided with each TV. Small DVD library included!
Family room has two large leather couches and 75 inch tv screen that can be tilted to any angle to allow viewing from the whole main level including dining and kitchen areas. Dinning table sits 4 and 6 additional spaces at the kitchen counter.
Kitchen is well equipped; including microwave, toaster oven, blender, mixer, coffee maker, Kurick personal coffee maker.
Convenient extra 1/2 bathroom on the main floor.
Second floor laundry with high end washer and dryer.
Outdoor space includes two front porches (one on each level) with plenty room to relax , private fenced backyard with fire pit table, barbecue grill, and large umbrella. Plenty of shade provided by the beautiful canopy of pine trees. Yard and porches are gated so great for safty with younger children.
Quite beautiful neighborhood. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and folding wagon are provided. Sleeping up to 8. No parties or loud gathering allowed. Recommended for families and romantic getaways.
Multiple beach access nearby. Watch sandpipers searching for treasure in the sand. Many popular restaurants and shops within few minutes walk. Never ending biking and hiking trails along 30A to enjoy. State parks, beaches, lakes and rivers all within short distance. About 20 minutes away from Destin and 30 from Panama City Beach.

This house is gorgeous and even prettier in person. Lots of room and great for families. We loved the swings on the porches and were great for afternoon naps. The little ones fell asleep while swinging with them. We loved the backyard area with the big umbrella for the little ones so the sun wasn’t directly on them while they played in a little inflatable pool we brought with us. There is a hose right there to fill it up. The house is located near restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops and beach. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. The pool is a few doors down too. We will be back and 100% recommend this house!! Everything you need for the kitchen is there too. Loved having the golf cart. We used it everyday. We also rode the bikes a few times around the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful visit! The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and easy, but the golf cart and bikes were a nice addition. Evana was a great hostess with excellent and timely communication. We will definitely stay again the next time we decide to visit 30A!
