You are close enough to walk to the beach, dining and shops, but tucked away enough for privacy in the quiet neighborhood of "The Cove." This house has it all! Your own private heated pool, 6 seater golf cart, beach chairs, outdoor kitchen with gas grill and outdoor shower. This new 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath new construction home is an entertainers dream and the perfect home for a comfortable and luxurious vacation.

House was perfect for a bachelorette trip! We had a large group and the house was definitely big enough for us. Every room is decorated so nice, the beds were so comfortable, and having a golf cart on site made it easier to get around. The house is close to the Gulf Place area where there are many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. This area is definitely less crowded than further down 30A headed towards seaside. I love that not as many people vacation down on this side. It makes it easier to get around. The public beach access is also right down the street.

This is our second year renting this amazing house, and we couldn't be happier.The neighborhood is so quiet and safe—it's the perfect place to relax. The house has everything you could dream of, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel at home.We loved gathering around the large kitchen table for meals and game nights. The pool was a great spot to cool off and hang out together.The golf cart was incredibly convenient for trips to the beach and came in handy for quick runs back to the house—whether for lunch, something we forgot, or just to head out to one of the fantastic restaurants along 30A.Thank you so much for opening your home to our family again. It means a lot to us, and we hope to return next year!
