A lovely, very spacious home, all the amenities you could need and clear instructions on how everything works.
The decoration, appliances, furniture, bedding, towels, kitchenware etc are all high quality.
It is rural, on a quiet road near to Dalteen and Ballyfarnagh for the satnav. Local shops are 5 min drive in Kiltimagh. Near to main roads for travel.
In winter bring slippers or thick socks for the tiled floors.

what else can i say but wow!!! such a location. and the house itself was unbelievable!! it felt like we walked into a home not a house. beautifully decorated and all the amenities you could ask for.
The host Annie was brilliant to deal with. all questions were answered very quickly which gave me great peace of mind. very helpful and friendly
definatly going to book this again next time we are back in mayo. I honestly cant recommend this stay enough. 1000/10

A super stay had at Annie's Meadow. Everything we wished for - and more! Annie was the perfect host. She responded really quickly to our queries and was really informative on check in and house protocol. The house itself is amazing. Even better than the pictures can relate. Really spacious throughout and designed for comfort and relaxation. Great kitchen, living room and dining space and fab games and entertainment room. We spent a fair while lounging on the big leather chairs that pull out for proper feet up time. The house is in a great countryside location. Very private and quiet but also easy to hop onto N17 motorway to see the sights, whichever direction you are travelling in. Highly recommended.

Needs a meet and greet to explain how to heat water . We had no hot water for the first day on arrival. This is the first holiday home we have stayed in that the oil heating was under lock and key and no starter pack to light the fire so we had to supply our own logs for the fire . Some rails to hang clothes in the bedrooms would be an advantage also. The overall cleanliness of the property was dissappointing.
