***The Norriego Point beach access is closed (access to the tide pools and beach) and will remain closed until further notice. O'Steen Public Beach Access is the closest available beach for the public and vacationers at the end of Holiday Isle and is only a 5 minute walk away. East Pass is also reconstructing the sea wall that runs along the property. Guests will still have access to the beach of East Pass but will not be able to approach the water while work is being done.***
East Pass Towers features a beachfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, and a full exercise room with kitchen and barstools. Our family really enjoyed ourselves at this cozy little vacation home. It had everything we needed and it was minutes away from most attractions. I give this location 4.5 stars, because several of the dishes and kitchen utensils were dirty and the microwave too. I expected more for the cost.

It was beautiful, ypu can see the dolphins swimming while you sit by the pool. Beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of amenities stocked in the kitchen, including a ninja blender. My only complaint is the floors were very dorty.floo

The condo was very beautiful and clean … it was well stocked with what you need. I would definitely book this condo again I highly recommend. The only dislike was the beach it was small and you had to walk a little distance to get there . Me and my husband went Mirimar public beach and the water was beautiful

When we checked in we noticed one of the two bathrooms had not been cleaned after previous guests. All other rooms were clean though. We contacted RealJoy, sent pictures and they insured us cleaners would come by the following day (it was after 5pm at that point). The next day a rep from RealJoy and his trainee came to the condo to check in; at that point the cleaners had still not been by to clean; he looked at the bathroom, confirmed it had not been cleaned and again insured the cleaners would be by within the next few hours between 2-5pm. When we got back from dinner at 8:45pm the bathroom was still dirty. Again I reached out RealJoy and again was promised the cleaners would be there the following day. It was a full 48 hours from the time we checked in until the time the cleaners showed up to clean the bathroom. We did not use that bathroom during that time and all had to share the one other bathroom in the condo. I spoke with Lisa and was told a member of management would contact me to discuss further; I was never reached out to after check out. It was not until I followed up 3 days after checking out that Logan contacted me to discuss the issue. For not having the use of the bathroom for half our stay, we were offered to be refunded the cleaning fee. I expressed my displeasure since we paid good money to have two bathroom and explained that we COULD have used it even though it was dirty. After a bit he offered an additional 100. I have more to say but hit txt limit.
