Introducing our newly renovated condo in East Pass Towers, Emerald Breeze, located on the very tip of Holiday Isle is the western most gem of the island. Surrounded by water, with the Gulf and East Pass to the South and Destin Harbor to the North, it offers unmatched views and luxury with no expense spared. Renovations were completed May 2025.

*Fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essential cookware, utensils, and appliances for effortless meal prep
*Master bedroom with king bed, with balcony and private en-suite featuring double sink vanity and walk-in shower
*Guest Room with two twin beds, and balcony shared with the master for panoramic views
*Enjoy your smart TV in every bedroom, brand new and ready for relaxation
*Large Smart TV with chic seating arrangement
*Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your stay
*From the 2 seat high top bar on the balcony, you can enjoy listening to music and fireworks from the harbor at night, watch for dolphins and other marine life, enjoy the passing boats and the annual boat parade.
*Minimum age to rent is 25
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes are maintained above and beyond industry standards to remove any worry and make you stay with us an ideal, memorable vacation. Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.
