We attended a weekend sporting event at at the wells fargo center and the property's location was a perfect mix of city attractions and sporting venues.

We stayed here for a weekend family trip to Philly to run the Rocky race.
We were able to walk to the museum of art for the start of the race. (20-25 min walk). You must find parking on the street, which was the only inconvenience. The house was great. It had a coffee maker, coffee and basic needs. We would stay again!
