The room was spacious and well equipped. It was in a friendly area.

The management needs improving. We didn't get an email with the door access code or the exact location of the apartments. A neighbour helped us find the place and another resident helped us get in. Very stressful!

The location was excellent and for the city the parking was easy and free. The staff was responsive and attentive to my requests.

Quiet and the person in charge waived the deposit for me

I stayed for 5 nights. Unfortunately, the experience was quite mixed. After booking, I received a message saying that a $200 USD security deposit was mandatory. Communication was difficult, as the person in charge rarely responded through the app. In my case, he kindly waived the deposit as an exception due to an issue with PayPal. I had already sent the money while his account was inactive and had to wait several days to get refunded. The check-in instructions were sent late, and when I arrived, the room was not ready. There was an issue with the door being repaired, and the floor was not clean. The room was also humid. Several basic items were missing, including soap, a microwave and some kitchen utensils. Staff only came to see me on the fourth night and promised to change the towels, but returned only one hour before check-out. The location is also not very convenient and is quite far from supermarkets. Overall, there are several areas that need improvement, particularly communication, cleanliness, preparation of the room and basic amenities.
