Are you Looking for a Peaceful, Beautiful, Comfortable place to Rest in between Enjoying the Arkansas Trails and Towns? This Custom Apartment is pet friendly (for 30$ pet fee), and has everything you need for Recharging and cleaning up after a day in NWA. Gorgeous lake view of Beaver lake, Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, 2 bedrooms (with brand new Organic mattresses), 1 full bath, and Peaceful 1 acre farm where it's common to see Deer, Hawks, Eagles and more! Only 20 minutes outside North Fayetteville, and 30 minutes to downtown. My Husband and I are avid Hikers, Bikers, and Backpackers here in Arkansas. And we chose this location due to the position in between all the trails here in N.W.A. We are 1 hour from the Buffalo River, and Under an Hour to Every Major Mountain Biking Trail in the Area. We would love to share with you our Favorite Trails, Waterfalls, and Gorgeous overlooks in the Area- Just ask!

My husband and I were here for a bike race and found this little spot to work well for us to rest. We had all the amenities we required and the view off the deck was perfect. The owners have left their artistic touch throughout the loft - woodworking and pottery are beautiful. We felt welcome to bring along our pup and she was even welcomed by name in a hand written note from the owners. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!

The listing is a little misleading. The apartment is above the garage, which was not stated or accurately depicted in pictures. A lot of dog hair on the couches and living room rug (it’s a dog friendly place, so some is to be expected, but I think things need a good cleaning), and crumbs of food in silverware drawer and fridge. Also an unusual amount of flies for this time of year- lots of dead flies on the floor and window sill, and live flies on the windows. The stairs and porch could use an outside light at the top, it felt a little unsafe trying to navigate in the dark when taking the dog out.
all that being said- it was still a nice stay. the apartment is small, quaint, and minimal. interior pictures are accurate. I loved the touches of woodwork and pottery from owners, the views were fabulous, it was fun watching the family of deer, and owners were close but not intrusive. I booked three nights with the intention of unplugging, reflecting, and dreaming- and the space was perfect for just that.
