About this villa rental
This beautiful home is in the heart of Esterillos Oeste less than 200 meters to the beach. Esterillos Oeste is a great community mixture of Ticos and North Americans. Convenient to restaurants, supermarket and the area is between the two premier marinas of the Central Pacific Coast - Los Suenos and Pez Vela in Quepos. Secure, excellent wifi, private pool and spaciousness make this a perfect home for family vacactions.
Our maintenance man/security and the cleaning lady live across the street. We prefer to give our guests privacy but are always available for your needs or concerns.
Esterillos Oeste is a beautiful beachside community that consists of a a great mix of local Ticos and North Americans. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance in Esterillos Oeste and many others close by in Esterillos Este and Bejuco. There is also a mini supermarket within walking distance that carries a great assortment of products. The beach is just around the corner - less than 200 meters away. The roads are paved so travel is easy by car, bicycle or walking.
All of this home is accessible to guests with the exception of the pool equipment room.
This spacious home will comfortably sleep 13 people with a total of nine beds as described in this listing. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The downstairs is an open area and the air flows freely thru out. If the booking is for fewer than 13 people then extra bedrooms will be locked off to accommodate only the number of people for the reservation.
There is space at the home for up to four cars. The home is approximately 1 km from a bus stop at Highway 34.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.2 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
