Spacious Living Area, open concept Living Dining Kitchen areas, large master bedroom, with ensuite, shared bathroom for bedrooms 2 & 3, bedroom and bathroom on ground floor, with pool area all in turf, and a separate apartment that sleeps 4 with bathroom and shower, can be rented together or separately, (see note below) very close to many attractions, Manuel Antonio Park, Marina, Beaches Galore, Zip Lining, Suspended bridges, Waterfalls, delicious eating, farmers market on Fri/Sat in Quepos, all right within 10-15 km, also south of Quepos, is Dominical, Uvita (whale tail), Spectacular Surfing areas, Several Surf Lesson booths,
The home was built in 2020, with all custom made cupboards, furniture, beds, tile flooring, washer/dryer, and maid service is available with request, or relax on your own, and just enjoy the warmth of the Costa Climate by the pool, sipping Pina Colodas. Large Family friendly, with sleeping up to 12 ppl, in the 6 beds available, plus room for mattresses on floors to accommodate small children in parents bedrooms, room for parking 1 vehicle in secure area, with remote entry.
There are 2 grocery stores, restaurants, bakery store, hardware and bike shops, all in the setting of the countryside away from the city hustle and bustle. Paved streets in the community for walking, for those that like exercise, Pura Vida.

We have stayed at Paul's place for 4 nights during Christmas time. Host was very responsive to all of our questions and he made sure that checkin process and the whole stay as pleasant as it can be.Plenty of space (big kitchen, big bedrooms, closet space etc) for 11 of us. Pool and outdoor areas for the house was very welcome. Grocery stores and couple of places to eat were within walking distance. Main town Quepos was about 5 km (less than 10 min drive) where all the activities, beaches and Manual Antonio national park are located. Just be aware being centrally located in Naranjito has one small downside as we could hear road noise from our bedrooms. It didn't bother us much but something to be aware of.We also appreciate that host got us in touch with a local cook Angelo and he made a great dinner (and served us) at very reasonable price right in the house. He did all the grocery shopping, preparation and served us
