Loved the bathrooms and and pool and lounging areas and whilst the kitchen area is small it has everything anyone would need. Very cool looking property and great parking. Great WhatsApp for communicating and the concierge were very attentive and booked boat trips and taxis and meals etc
The photos showed nothing around the two houses but when we got there there was a giant white mansion looking over our house and hot tub area and there are other houses currently being built. Just think you should be transparent and show up to date photos. The only other thing I can say is because trees were planted to give privacy over next doors which is great, the noise of the local cicadas was insanely loud for most of the day. Then by 7pm they calmed off. Also every taxi driver on our return home from Chania town seemed to get confused as to the address and when we collected our courtesy car the address we were given by booking.com took us into the heart of town and I had to call Etouri to get the proper address

Everything about this villa is amazing. Location, facilities and the workmanship offer a high level of luxury. We have stayed in different villas in Europe and the USA and this one exceeded our expectations on every level. George was constantly in touch with us and l can't recommend this villa enough. Just wish we had booked a few extra days.
Can't think of anything negative about this villa.
