Lokalizacja na plus. Samo centrum, wszędzie blisko.
To by było na tyle z pozytywnych odczuć.
Niestety, mój pobyt w apartamencie Niron Dom z Papieru Sztokholm w Pile nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. Choć lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta była niewątpliwie atutem, to jednak napotkałem kilka istotnych problemów.
Czystość pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. W łazience zauważyłem ślady pleśni, zapchany odpływ pod prysznicem, nie domykające się drzwi prysznica - do wymiany zardzewiałe prowadnice, kółka od drzwi, kuchnia i pokój nie była odpowiednio wysprzątana. Z racji tego, że jestem wysoki wchodząc po stopniach do łazienki nie dało się nie zauważyć bardzo grubej przetłuszczonej warstwy kurzu na całej długości szafek wiszących w kuchni.
W szafkach - można by rzec, że wszystko nie do pary, czegoś jedna sztuka, czegoś dwie, czegoś trzy.... i brudne tak - nie dało sie z nich skorzystać. Miska w której można było by zrobić zupę - brudna, kubki, kieliszki, szklanki podobnie. Odechciewa się. Mała sofa w pokoju - brudna, z wieloma okruchami pomiędzy poduszkami, stolik przy którym można by było zjeść, klejący się, z dwoma podkładkami, których jedyną funkcją jest zamaskowanie dziur w stoliku i uniemożliwienie przyklejenia się do niego. Pilot do TV - wygląda jak by miał z 35 lat, podobnie też działa - lub nie, zależenie od humoru. Zasłony dziurawe, poprzepalane, pożółkłe, tak jak deska do prasowania cała poplamiona,
Wyposażenie apartamentu również było niewystarczające. Brakowało podstawowych przyborów kuchennych, co utrudniało przygotowywanie posiłków, których ostatecznie poprzez awersję do brudu wszechobecnego , nie udało się przygotwać.
Co więcej, w nocy było dość głośno ze względu na hałas dobiegający z ulicy, co utrudniało spokojny sen.
Podsumowując, mimo dogodnej lokalizacji, apartament nie spełnił moich oczekiwań pod względem komfortu i standardu. Nie poleciłbym tego miejsca osobom poszukującym przyjemnego i bezproblemowego pobytu.

Na danym piętrze jest więcej mieszkań, to kamienica przerobiona na mniejsze pokoje na wynajem, gdzie płyty kartonowo gipsowe nie zagłuszają hałasu sąsiadów, którzy imprezowali obok. Wykonałem telefon do właściciela interweniował, ale nie przyniosło to skutku, efekt był taki, że w ogóle się nie wyspałem.
