Кондиционер очень даже там необходим, так как это солнечная сторона.

Такой приветственный сувенир первый раз встречаем использованная бумага не смытая за собой и в треснутом унитазе!!? Затем обернувшись увидев стоячую шторку в ванной которая пожелтела внизу. И как бы сразу первому впечатлению конец!!! Надеюсь это просто какой-то недоразумение. Но к чистоте доверие сразу отпало. Место куда сложить свои элементарные вещи отсутствует, есть что-то вроде комода под телевизором, но там забито хозяйскими вещами. И этажерка на которой тоже какие то дополнительные подушки. Сковородки которые давно уже должны быть на металлоломе и то на мусор в лучшем состоянии выбрасывают. Если бы не испорченное первое впечатление, я ничего даже не писал.
