Location is perfect, close to everything. Room was clean and theres a big balcony terrace. I stayed in winter so it was nice that the room was very warm. Would definately stay again.

The bathroom was very cold , probably due to the window there and the freezing cold outside but other than that, happy with everything.

Unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t work, and it was very hot both during the day and at night. Even worse, we eventually found all four tires of our car deflated in the underground parking garage. From what we understand, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened there.

Comfortable simple central location easy to stay with baby.

Location. Spacious compared with other properties for this price range. Have elevator. Underground parking. Clean. Big bathroom. Comfortable with baby. Had big balcony.

There was no heating in the room , but outside was about +10 🤷🏼‍♀️ Unfortunately nobody helped us and whole the night it was cold, babes were freezed and we had to move to another hotel

Location

Сервис Please avoid if you don’t want to get disappointed and feel like you were ripped off. There is no reception whatsoever and when we arrived our key simply wasn’t there in a key locker, so we had to wait approx. 40 min before a lady brought it to us. No apologies which made it very unwelcoming. The room is lovely but we booked it for 3 people and found only 2 cups and 2 non-matching glasses. Two chairs on a balcony and a small sofa for the third person, which is ideal for a child not an adult. We went to check Spa facilities only to find out it had an extremely strong smell of bleach which you can also smell as soon as you enter the building. Something isn’t quite right there! Our booking included breakfast which was extremely limited and when we arrived at the restaurant the staff weren’t even aware of it. Again, we waited 20 min before were offered a coffee while they were checking everything out. We went to this hotel before and it was great! Now, never ever again! Avoid
