Mariposa Makarska 83m2 new apartment with garage

Komfort. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Piękne pokoje. Dużo ręczników. Czystość. Niespodzianki na przywitanie. Wszystko było super jeśli chodzi o sam obiekt.

Po otwarciu balkonu wielki hałas od jeżdżących aut. Gdy się oglądało telewizję przy otwartym oknie nic nie było słychać. Gdy się siedziało na pięknym tarasie hałas przeszkadzał patrzeć na widoki 🙂. To był największy minus tej lokalizacji.

Det enda vi saknade var stora handdukar.

me and my fiends really like everything about the property. first of all perfect contact with the owner. Ivana is a very nice person who really takes care about a good stay her guests. the apartment is very pretty, clean and well equipped. in addition there is beautiful view from terrace.

By far the best apartment i've been too. Something of a hidden gem we found by a surprise while looking for apartments. Well equipped so you don't have to bring any household items. From ironing board to hairdryer, washing machine capsules everything was present in the apartment. Think of it as moving into someones apartment where they normally live, you will find everything you can think of including 12 towels per bedroom. It's exactly as on the pictures, huge balcony and more than enough room for 6 people + a baby. It's also clean and there are no weird smells. Ivana the owner is very friendly, helpful and hospitable, available within minutes if needed. The apartment is located around 10-15minutes from the beach. Beautiful view and you can watch the sunset from the balcony. The main harbour/stands and restaurants are also located around 15 minutes away from the apartment so we went out almost every night.

The only thing that came to us as a surprise was the amount of slope and stairs you have to take to get to and from the beach. This wouldn't be an issue if we didn't have a baby with us and had to carry a stroller every day up and down multiple times. Otherwise if you are only adults it's manageable and definitely a worthy "trade off" for the price/quality and location.
