Apartment Silver

The views from the apartment were outstanding.. Food and drinks in the restaurant were plentiful and reasonably priced. Weather was great apart from 1 very windy day.

1 negative was the walk every day uphill from the beach and harbour, which is tiring especially if your elderly.

Very comfortable apartments. There is everything you need. A very cool terrace and an incredible view from it

Clean, neat and tidy. Let all guests take care and the apartment will serve in this condition for many years. Modern equipment of the entire apartment. Each room with independent air conditioning and external blinds. Adequate bedroom, second room not too big, but enough for two children. Large living room with a kitchen and a huge terrace. Amazing view from the terrace - mountains on the left, and in front of you, the orange roofs of Makarska and the entire coast and a view of the islands of Hvar and Brac, and at the end of the day beautiful sunsets on the right. Christian church nearby so you may hear bells from time to time, but not disruptive. Place in the underground garage (great for your car to hide it from the sun, and each time start the ride in chilled car) with an elevator directly from the garage level to the apartment floor, so there were no problems with transporting luggage from the car to the apartment. Fully modern kitchen equipment (surprise in the fridge on arrival). Two bathrooms, each with a shower, easily ventilated. To summarize - the apartment in real life looks better than on the photos (what a surprise). Oh almost forgot - the owners are extremely nice and friendly :)

Well... the distance from the apartment to the beach or city central... or not even the distance, because it takes just 10-12 minutes by foot, but the way back to the apartment is uphill, what can be a bit hard for someone with less condition. Although we do not have any condition issues at all and even improved it there a bit :), after two days at Ratac Beach, we decided to take the car and try to find some other beaches nearby and that was a very funny experience. The second and last issue are the mattresses in all rooms except sofa in the living room - someone else said this here already - they are a bit to soft, at least for us, but someone else may not even notice this.

Very nice, spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Extremely clean and well equipped - you can find everything you need. Terrasse was the main reason why we have booked it and it definitely exceeded our expectations - very spacious with a wonderful view over Makarska. The apartment is quite well located, although a bit up uphill (which was not a problem for us).

Beds and mattresses were absolutely horrible! Even with two bedrooms and three beds, we were sleeping in the living room on the sofa. First of all mattresses are way too soft - you feel like you fell in a hole. Secondly, you can feel the springs from the mattress in your back plus hear the squeaking sound. This is where the biggest minus goes. The building, in general, is quite loud. Walls seem to be paper thin so you can here the sounds neighbours are making (especially if you had loud ones as we did). 300,00€ cash deposit upon arrival is too high - we have missed to read it when we have booked (our fault), but definitely too high.
