Our beautiful, low 2nd floor at Tidewater Beach Resort (#212) condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a King Bed in the master (New Mattress Fall 2025!), 2 twin size bunk beds for the kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, beautiful tile, and granite countertops are a few of the must have features of this condo! This beautiful, resort vacation home also boasts Gulf front balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views, unforgettable sunsets or wake up to the sounds of the surf. Other features of this fashionable vacation unit include a light coastal decor, a full-size side-by- refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you need to prepare that perfect meal for the family. Both baths include a tub/shower combo. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee for 1-bedroom unit: $35 + tax + credit card fee. Total $39.59 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located 1/4 mile west of Pier Park and will be the first building you see when driving from the airport.
