About this apartment rental

One King bed in the master bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 48" TV in the living room, a 26" TV in the master bedroom and a 24" TV in the guest bedroom. This unit also includes a radio/CD player, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. NO PETS ALLOWED AS PER OWNER. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

We love Seaspray and this is the third condo we have rented there. Love the floor plan. Condo was nice but could use some TLC. The beds were extremely hard and we were not able to use the bathtub to bathe the littles due to the drain plug missing. The closet doors would pop off their tracks when you tried to open them and the wifi was incredibly slow, we didn’t use it. The outlets in the master bedroom did not work, except for the one with the power strip for the TV. We will come back to Seaspray but probably not this unit.
