All the rest was great.
Absolutely impossible to reach the host. The address on Booking isn't right, we had to look at the pin location. It was a quite stressful experience. Water not working for a day.

A beautiful apartment, it has air conditioning in all areas (which is a must in Tulum), comfortable beds and great pool at the common area, the staff at the reception was really helpful and Osman is a great host. It is also a safe place since it has security staff 24/7
There is no washing machine at the apartment.
There are too many mosquitoes at Tulum, you should bring repellent
Taxis are very expensive at this area

Camere grandi, bel bagno
Nella struttura non c’era né la TV né l’asciugacapelli come invece indicavano i servizi. Non particolarmente pulita, molte cose impolverate, piscina privata non utilizzabile in quanto sporca. Ritrovata una blatta il secondo giorno in uno dei due bagni. Deumificatore molto rumoroso.
