About this villa rental
The brand new interiors are very recently renovated in a traditional Cycladic style.
Guests can relax in the impressive main living room of the villa, sitting comfortably on a built-in corner sofa, adjacent to the kitchen and breakfast table located on a higher level. Breathtaking views of the sea are visible from all its large windows. The higher level veranda is perfect for enjoying the sunset in the afternoons or having drinks in the moonlight.
The villa sleeps 7, in three bedrooms on the lower level: There is a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms, with built-in beds, one double and two singles can sleep 2 to 4 more guests. The large lower level living space can accommodate one more person in another built-in bed. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The room's balcony doors open onto a beautiful veranda in the shade with a dining table seating 8.
The villa's three verandas, each with incredible unobstructed views, are undoubtedly the best place to enjoy sitting, relaxing, eating or having drinks, any hour of the day.
Taking the stairs downhill, at a 30 m distance, a small private rocky beach, away from crowds, is at the guests' disposal.

This is in incredible villa on the rocks with gorgeous views and direct access to the sea - its private and quite and beautifully furnished. We had the most wonderful holiday. Flavia and Georgia were fantastic hosts. We can't wait to return.

My husband and I stayed here for just over a week. It was a dream location — the views are absolutely breathtaking and it really feels like you’re on a private island. The photos are accurate but cannot totally capture how idyllic this place is. Moreover Flavia and Georgia were always very easy to reach and very helpful. We hope to come back to Sifnos and this lovely home again!

upon first glance looking down from the parking spot to the house perched on the edge of the steep embankment to the sea, we fell in love with instantly.
This is not a house for anyone that isn’t in somewhat decent shape. It’s 130 steps from the car park to the house, and an additional 100 steps from the house to the water’s edge. Fortunately, there is an “elevator” that goes from the parking lot to the house, that you can use to transport your luggage. It is primitive, rather rickety and very slow, but does the trick.
The beds and linens in all three bedrooms were comfortable and towels of good quality. The bathrooms just had showers but there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. There was air conditioning in both rooms we used but we didn’t need it because of the lovely breezes coming off the ocean.
What a magical place this is. The location is just incredible. I’m not sure how many other places there are like this that are this close to the water on Sifnos. And we love swimming in the ocean. There is no beach below the house - simply a rocky area in a tiny little inlet that is somewhat protected so one can easy oneself into the water and then swim out. Because there is no sand, the water is crystal clear. It’s incredible. Definitely bring a mask and snorkel to make for easier swimming, and a water noodle. We bought all three and left at the house for future renters. Again, this is not a beach house. If you want beach house, look elsewhere.
