Beautiful traditional villa with a private pool built in modern style and located at the edge of lively Apollonia, the island's capital in the village of Katavati. Ideal for 2 or 3 families with kids, just next to the island's center and 15min from most of the island’s popular beaches.

Beautiful house for our group of 10, with the main village of Apollonia 5mins walk away. Close the the bus stop, super market and bottle shop with lots of great restaurants close by. Highly recommend for a group stay!

We four loved this house for our six day stay. Nicely walkable to town shops and respond grocery. It was very well stocked.

The photographs do not do justice to this beautiful house. It is extremely comfortable and the rooms are set out in such a way that 10 people/ 2 families can holiday together with plenty of space and privacy. It is the perfect location - peaceful and yet easy walking distance down the steps to the buzzing centre Apollonia where there are wonderful bars and restaurants- Jewellry, pottery and clothes shops. There are also plenty of food shops in easy walking distance. We hired a car and explored most beaches on the island. I’ve stayed in Sifnos several times before but not for twenty years it is even better than I remember.
Konstantinos the owner was very helpful and communication was extremely easy.
We also engaged the wonderful Luciana and her daughter Daphne to come in a few times a week for housekeeping they were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this house and hope to return.
