About this apartment rental
The Beachhouse is the ultimate beach front retreat summer getaway . The Beachhouse consist of four private newly renovated modern apartments and tastefully furnished. The backyard is waterfront with a private beach (shared with other guests) that has a tropical feel with multiple sitting/BBQ areas with fire pits, BBQ smoker, gas grills, gazebo ,water toys, Kayaks, picnic tables, and outdoor shower.
Note: The apartment is up one flight of stairs and Approximate SQ feet 350-400

The Apartment # 1 features:

1 Bedroom - Queen bed (sheets,pillows,blankets)
1 Bath- (shower gel, bar soap,shampoo,towels,iron,hair dryer)
Kitchen ( fully equipped) staples ( salt,pepper, oil, etc)
futon (full size bed) ( sitting area) for the extra 3rd person if needed
dinning table ( seats 4)
flat screen tv ( cable tv- netflix)
high speed wifi internet access (throughout the property)
beach chairs / umbrella / beach towels
2- Kayaks with (life jackets and paddles)
bikes (beach cruisers and road bike)

Beautiful home! The apartment was perfect for my bf, myself and my dog. Ron is a great host! Responded right away and very generous. Thank you for allowing us to stay after our check in to take a dip in the beach! Truly beautiful property!!

The apartment was cozy and conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and any necessities needed to be bought. The backyard area was very pleasant to sit and relax in, and even though the weather wasn't the warmest, the ample sunshine sunshine still made the weekend very enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, well kept rentals located in a quiet, walkable town. You can tell Ron holds a lot of pride in this property from the organization of the layouts to the small details that make this place extra accommodating, like water toys for the kids to sunscreen & bug spray.
Ron is just a quick text away if you need anything & while he's there he offers assistance & ideas to make your stay more comfortable. He truly cares about his renters & their experiences.
Lastly, the pictures I took turned out EXACTLY like the listing, no filters. Truly a beautiful escape.

I stayed in Apartment #1 with my two teenage sons. My 19-year-old said, "It was (expletive) great!" Tight quarters for three people unless you are willing to share a bed. There's a full-sized bed and a full-sized pleather futon-type couch. My sons took turns sleeping on the floor. It's a short drive to the ocean and supermarket. The host was great. He stayed on site and was there to help with anything we needed. It was very clean and beautifully renovated, but next time I'll opt for the larger apartment.
