Honestly this place is a perfect getaway, the small details in this place is incredible. Jehan helped us alot!!!! Very friendly. Special thanks to him. Parking was available.

The accomodation was perfect. The owners have really thought of everything and the attention to detail is super. The washing machine in each room is perfect for longer stays etc. Very clean. The smell of cleanliness hits you as soon as you enter the reception area. The lovely area to the back of the apartments with bistro type tables and chairs, surrounded by plants and perfect ambience music playing makes it feel Mediterranean and relaxed. Would 110% book to stay here in the future although on maybe a lower floor.

The steps and no lift are a killer if you are on the top floor but the accomodation itself makes up for that little downside.

Pretty much nothing except that the room was spacious.

We arrived at 6pm, there was a technical problem with the electricity. The staff said it needed 5min. The electricity was fixed 6 hours later at 12 midnight. We had no AC, couldnt unpack or change clothes or even take a shower. The staff offered us a different room which was the superior room, but we had booked a penthouse. We accepted the superior room which was cheaper, we asked that they refund the difference for the nights that we will stay in the superior room... they declined. I would imagine if it was the other way round, if we had booked the superior and wanted to upgrade to penthouse they would have charged us. I explained this to them but ofcourse they rejected. I asked them for a full refund, they said that they can not refund as the "agency" which i am guessing is booking.com has not paid them yet. And that if i have any complaints i should raise it to booking.com ( that bluntly). I asked them for an official document that states that they couldnt hand us the room due to a technical problem, as proof to booking.com so i can refund, the also declined. Mentioning that either i take the superior room, or they cant do anything else. Imagine, 4 hours driving, arriving to a room, dark, cant shower, no AC, utter frustration. The second day, they tell me the AC blower is not working anymore 🥲 The staff do not speak english. I dont understand how a place like Marmaris where you have half of the UK visit, and is an international touristic destination, they actually have staff that cant speak english. The room itself is very basic, its the roof room so it was always hot, it looks newly renovated but the finishing is shit honestly. Said we have a sea view, there was nothing other than a tiny gap between the buildings 😂 Cleaning is extra, they dont clean or tidy your room. Its 5 levels all stairs you can imagine a 30kg bag being taken up. So overall, if you are looking for peace of mind, not recommended.
