We had a reasonably pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was a bit small and very warm, but much was made up for by the excellent shower and especially by the warm welcome and attentive care of our host Wojciech.

Everything professional and modern
Considering the general high class, I was surprised the bathroom floors are ice cold and not even a rug/towel is provided.
Also a standard cappuccino is not part of the otherwise nice breakfast offering.

Staff seemed annoyed and not welcoming.

Breakfast excellent, the staff very helpful, but our room was exceptionally small. No chairs, minimal hanging spaces, nowhere to put clothes, hardly room for two beds, and we kept hitting our heads on the third bed.
The size of the bedroom was unacceptable, given the cost.
Otherwise fine.
