For what you pay, its pretty good! all rooms are upstairs with no lift but the staff helped us carry our bags up. The location is good in terms of being walking distance from shops and food options, tourist attractions and public transport but the area it self is a little rough but not dangerous. I was with my partner but as a female I never felt in danger here, although it was 80% men around this area. Room was clean and breakfast was ok. Shower was also pleasant and clean.

I booked this last minute hotel and was extremely happy about this hotel. The breakfast was amazing and so was the staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would suggest you stay here if you are looking for a clean, friendly, helpful staff. They even helped my husband carry our 2 large and 1 medium bag to the third floor. Amazing and helpful staff.

I would give a low rating but because of Hamza I gave 3 stars. Hamza and cleaning staff are very nice, cooperative and made our stay easier. This is three story building without a lift. The first room was in the third floor and changed the next day to ground room. Air dryer and AC not working, toilet seat was broken, the bathroom door was broken. This is a budget hotel, so dont expect to get much value for your money. The major issue was Wasim in the reception who was completely useless and because of him we could miss our flight but thanks god Hamza was there to save the day.
