Guests initially enter Fiddlers On The Marsh by accessing the Starboard building within the Captains Quarters community and locating unit 201 on the ground floor. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the villa. All of the rooms of the villa are located on the same level. The entryway connects to the living room and the villa's 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room connects to the dining area and kitchen. You can access a covered balcony with marsh views from the dining area, a covered balcony with marsh views from the master suite and a balcony with a putting green from the guest bedroom. You can walk to the Captains Quarters community pool, kiddie pool, sundeck, picnic area and hot tub.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Please note that fiddler crabs are a frequent visitor to this and other surrounding first floor units in the summer months due to the proximity to the marsh. The nightly rate for this unit takes this into account.
