Guests initially enter Golf, Sea & Sunshine by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the living room, dining area, kitchen, lower level suite, hallway bathroom and a laundry room. Walk up the stairs to find the king suite, the full suite and a twin daybed on the landing at the top of the stairs. You can access the expansive back deck through the living room, the side deck through the kitchen & dining area and private outdoor balconies through each bedroom in the villa. There is an outdoor shower -- perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or the community pool -- conveniently located near the exterior staircase to the front door.
NO SMOKING (INCLUDING VAPING). Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had a little issue with the parking pass not including both cars which meant we had to contact itrip to add the second pass. I'm sure it would have been a quick fix had we not been checking late at night, but it was resolved in an hour. I had specified 2 cars, but that was 2 months ago so I should have confirmed again before leaving. There are large alligators in the pond just outside the door and they do come up the bank occasionally, so if you have small dogs, be aware that the water is close to the condo, keep the dogs on a short leash near water, and keep your eyes out for both gators and snakes.

What a great place for a getaway. The scenery is great with lots of wildlife and views of the golf course. Pool and tennis courts are close and many accessible walking paths. The condo is updated and very clean with great televisions and strong WIFI for the family. We had a great stay and looking forward to booking again in the near future. 5 stars all day long!

My friends and I went on a golf trip and this condo was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, well furnished, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We loved the view off of the balcony, the short drives to the golf courses and the beach, as well as the tennis and pool amenities. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Our stay at this phenomenal Palmetto Dunes condominium was truly unforgettable. We enjoyed an incredible week at this stunning condo right on the 7th hole, and from the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home. The space is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and welcoming in every way. The location couldn’t be better—walking paths are close by, the pool is just steps away, and we had easy access to restaurants and activities within minutes. The overall experience was memorable, and I’m already looking forward to returning for another getaway. We absolutely loved our stay and this wonderful property!
