Recently remodeled, this spacious retreat has been designed with clean lines and high-end finishings, a split floor plan, and you'll love its perfect Hill Country location close to public boat ramps, Whitewater Amphitheater, and Horseshoe Tubing Company. In between days spent boating and exploring the town, any downtime will be a blast with the open layout of the kitchen, living area, beautiful private porches for lounging, and dining room boasting a wall of lake-facing windows, comfortable furnishings, and vaulted ceilings. Take advantage of the Roku-enabled smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and Bose Bluetooth Speaker for plenty of entertainment.

When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, and the main bedroom is airy and spacious and includes a private balcony with French-door access, ideal for waking up with your morning coffee. When the sun begins to go down, there will be no better place to watch the colors of the sunset than the covered porch complete with ample seating that includes a porch swing, outdoor games, and a dining table. Plus, if you don't feel like whipping up a gourmet meal in the full kitchen, a gas grill and another picnic table await outside for casual summer cookouts, and the kids can romp around the fenced yard all they like! There is also a firepit for toasting 'Smores and enjoying the bistro lights hanging from the oak tree on those cooler Texas nights. Rent a jet ski or kayak from Cranes Mill Marina for a day on the lake, then stop into one of the local grocery stores or restaurants on your way back.

Room to park your boat. Boat ramp #7 is only half a mile away.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
Beach towels are available for guest use.
Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a security camera outside facing the driveway.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
