Clean rooms, a nice view, and a very convenient location close to Universal, Disney, water parks, and shopping outlets. The front desk staff, especially the older lady, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even around midnight 1 AM, she assisted us patiently and professionally, making us feel welcome despite the late hour. Five stars for her service and dedication.
Breakfast is complimentary, so expectations are reasonable, but having a few more kid-friendly options would be a nice improvement.

The pool area was great! Front desk staff very helpful.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Housekeeping staff weren't very friendly. Someone kept playing music very loudly in the hallway!!
