The location is absolutely lovely. Great view from the terrace, I could sit there all day 😀. Only 10 minutes to walk down to the beach. Apartment is comfortable and well equiped. Living room / kitchen area look quite small but honestly we never used the sofa / dinner table since we were always out on the terrace.
There is a convenient store near by, as well as some bars, pizzeria's, restaurant, sports clothing store, bakery and pharmacy. On Tuesday there are some market stalls with veggies, cheese/meat cuts, clothes and some tourist stuff.
I didn't meet Stefano (the host) but he replies quickly to Whatsapp messages to all possible questions you might have.
The stairs are a bit of a challenge (especially in the heath), not recommended for people with health issues or reduced mobility.

The apartment is amazing, modernly furnished, with all the equipment you could need, including beach umbrellas. The terrace has a wonderful view of "your" beach and a huge sand dune. You can reach the nearest beach in 10 minutes by stairs and a narrow asphalt road. We received all the instructions for arrival, including opening the gate to the complex, the apartment and the keys, from Stefano without any problems via WhatsApp. In this way, we also received all the necessary information from him about shops, restaurants and beaches worth visiting.
Nothing comes to mind, which is good ;-)

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno in questo appartamento davvero delizioso e ci siamo sentite subito a casa. La vista sulle dune è mozzafiato e regala serenità a qualsiasi ora del giorno. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli e perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità e bellezza naturale. La spiaggia si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi ed è semplicemente meravigliosa.

Kleines Appartment am Hang mit tollem Blick von der großen, überdachten Terasse. Unterhalb noch ein kleiner Garten mit Grill und Außendusche - sehr hübsch!
Die Fenster mit integrierten Fliegengittern (!) sind neu, auch das Bad ist frisch renoviert und sehr schön.
Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch, es gibt kaum Stauraum, weder in der Küche noch in den Schlafzimmern.
Die Küchenbeleuchtung (es gibt nur die Lampe am Dunstabzug) war defekt, wir mussten mit einer Nachttischlampe kochen.
Die Küchenschränke waren schmutzig, es klebten innen die Soßenreste vom Vorgänger. Der Kühlschrank ist winzig - viel zu klein für 4 Personen im Sommer.
Im kleinen Schlafzimmer schimmelt die Matratze von unten.
Es stinkt aus dem Abfluß im Badezimmer.
Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist 30km entfernt.
