We stayed in this property for our second week in Sardinia and was a departure from our normal city style escapes on the island. I must admit that the views from the terrace do not disappoint and the apartment, whilst smaller is more than adequate. A number of reviews commented on the smaller second bedroom, and whilst it is on the smaller side it was ideal for our 5 year old who loved it! The presence of a dishwasher in the kitchen was a welcome addition and gave us more time to enjoy the views on the terrace. There is a local shop just 5 minutes along the road which has all of the holiday essentials and wasn't extortionately priced which is always a nice bonus. The beach is not within walking distance (well not for us at least with a toddler) but a 4 minute drive had you parked up next to a glorious beach which we thoroughly enjoyed! There is also a bar next to the beach which served great food and excellent service.
We had a little confusion when collecting the keys which was NOT the fault of the property owner or ourselves but was promptly sorted by the owner. The terrace is a fantastic asset to this property but if your expecting it to be private you would be disappointed, that being said we never found that to be an issue with our holiday. The next bit feels a bit unfair on the owner but we did experience quite a lot of noise disturbance whilst we were staying here. The property directly in front spent the best part of the week grinding away at roofing tiles and the property to the right of us had a number of dogs who seemed unable to resist the urge to bark, constantly and consistently. If that wasn't enough a property a few doors away seemed to have a low level alarm that would beep every two minutes on the dot for the entirety of the holiday. I think we were unlucky with the time we went and the people who were nearby, however if your wanting a private, quiet retreat it may be worth consideration.

The view from the balcony was just breathtaking. We really enjoyed the sunset from our cosy secluded balcony, having a grass of Prosecco every evening!
The bed was comfortable and big as two single bed together. It was handy to have the utility room. The restaurant nearby was very good food with the view!
The kids room is a bit tight. It suits the family with one child or two little ones.
If only... It would be good to have a clean toilet brush !

Il terrazzino della casa, spiaggia incantevole e luoghi bellissimi hanno sopperito ad alcuni disagi
L'appartamento è inserito in un gruppo di case totalmente attaccate tra loro. Zero privacy e, a seconda del vicino, disturbi notturni, schiamazzi di vario genere nelle varie fasce giornaliere che hanno reso il soggiorno nell'appartamento poco gradevole.
Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento la camera da letto principale è senza finestra, affaccia su un ripostiglio con una grata sul soffitto che fa da pavimento all'appartamento del piano superiore, la cameretta con letti a castello è minuscola, adatta a bambini e non ad adulti.
