Outside you can relax by the pool and hot tub or fire up the gas grill for a cookout. The covered patio has outdoor dining and lounging with fireplace and TV. The large lawn is perfect for enjoying a game of corn hole with friends. Head down to the dock deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the lake up close.

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. 3-night minimum May - October. 30 night minimum.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.
