About this house rental
Welcome to the Emerald Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences. Completely remodeled in 2023! Modern luxury at its finest with one-of-a-kind architecture. Enjoy the pool and spa with outdoor living and dining areas overlooking the beautiful shores of Lake Austin. The media room features a ping pong table and a large sectional sofa to enjoy a movie night with your group. There is a newly redesigned conversation and sitting area to enjoy that evening cocktail. The wall of windows truly invites a seamless opportunity to live that indoor/outdoor lifestyle. This property is regularly set for 13 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 16 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Great House for larger groups!

Please note that some spaces will be locked and owner belongings may be present.
Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.
Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.
Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.
Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.

Amazing time here at this property. It is close to everything you could want to experience on Lake Austin. The management group who took care of us were A+. Your close to great restaurants, rental companies for boats, jet skis, etc.
