We’ve made this condo - our staycation property, one that is quiet, fresh, and clean with all new appliances and furnishings, including our newly added Purple mattress. Find your Zen and treat yourself to this calming, clutter-free escape.

- Two Private third-floor balconies offer beautiful Waterfront / Marina views.

- Complimentary Community Wi-Fi and Private condo Wi-Fi. Condo has two flat-screen Smart TVs, Bluetooth-accessible Bose Soundbar, and a Bluetooth bathroom speaker.

- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with the new Queen size Purple Hybride Premier 4 mattress bed in the Master for a great night's rest and a Full-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room. All bedding is protected with anti-allergen covers.

- Kitchen includes all necessities, including combo Keurig/standard coffee maker.

- Enjoy Club access to the Pool, Hot Tub, and Barbecue Grills, as well as fishing from the dock.

- New floating Docks were installed in 2023, and there is a 30’ boat slip with water & electricity (included) that can be rented for an extra $30 per day.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights while we checked out the area and went to Kelley’s Island. The condo was super clean and well appointed. Everything we needed was there which was great. The bed was nice and the views were beautiful. We sat out on the balcony often. Perfect for two people! and we would definasray there again.

Nicely updated, tastefully decorated. Dino and Michelle were very helpful and responsive. There was a very thoughtful welcome basket with wine and snacks. Turned out to be the perfect spot to witness the total eclipse from the 3rd floor balcony!! Great size for cozy couples getaway.

We loved our stay. The condo was very clean and beautiful. It was the perfect spot to do things.. everything was 5-10 min away by car. The pool and hot tub were lots of fun. The owner left us a large gift basket and wine. The entire place was well stocked with everything you need.. we would stay here again!

This was hands down the best place to stay. If you love the quiet, calm and beautiful area of Port Clinton, you're in for a treat. Michelle and Dino were kind and thoughtful renter's that actually respond to any question you could possibly have. The rental was beyond clean and cozy and satisfied all of our needs. Nice place 2nd stay tv and Wi-Fi are a bit sketchy to say the least but very clean unit and provide plenty of essentials. . Just realize it’s a 3rd floor uNit with a lot of steps and without an elevator or ramps So this is not ADA friendly . Acutually the complex is not very ADA friendly. Didn’t see ramps or ADA designated parking which I would think was federal law .

Michelle and Dino are very gracious and caring. The cozy condo is quiet, clean and just plain adorable. The lake views are so pretty and the trains add a certain charm.
