Simply go straight down the street to the end of the road and you will find beach access entrances on each side! This is a location that you truly cannot beat! Located mid-island, it offers the best of both worlds - canal views with peace and quietness alongside the bustling beach with shops, restaurants and a pier not too far away!
These accommodations boast over 800 square feet and include 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bathrooms. Each unit offers one parking spot with plenty of street parking.
We offer the finest quality and everything to make your stay luxurious, relaxing and enjoyable! In each bedroom and bathroom, you will find hotel style linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, filtered ice and water, as well as additional seating for guests! The unit is also equipped with high speed internet and “smart” capabilities such as an Alexa for all your music streaming needs, 4k TV with Netflix and Hulu for all your watching needs, Coded Door Locks personalized for each guest’s stay, recessed lighting with dimmer controls to adjust to your mood, and a Nest Thermostat to control the AC to your specific liking. Cable TV services are not included.

I’m simply tying to provide honest constructive feedback so guests in the future have a better experience. As noted, items needing improvement are better cleaning, better kitchen and cooking utensils, and improved checkin/access. There were also some safety features and electrical issues that concerned me - inadequate smoke and CO2 detectors and safety check was not updated for a month. There was a faulty electrical outlet in the master bath that created a hazard. The keypad and door were challenging- often hard to get out. Finally, I was very disappointed that we did not receive the access code before checkin. We waited outside and after several calls, texts and emails, Goltz finally sent it. I had initially requested to check in a little early, but we got access later than standard checkin time. It was frustrating after a long day of travel and waiting outside with groceries. Thank you.
