Good location. Convenient parking. Adequate cooling and heating which was important as temps dropped into the 40s. Property manager was responsive.
No dishwasher. Floor in living room and kitchen needed to be scrubbed. Banging noise on second floor exterior kept us up most of one windy night.

The outdoor areas were excellent. We used the pool and tiki hut everyday. Getting into town was a simple drive. My family really loved the short walk to the beach. The house was laid out well and offered ample room for my family. The rain forest shower head in the main bathroom was amazing. We would definitely stay again.
Heater for hot tub didn't work. It really didn't matter since it was really hot outside. The area is really torn up from the recent hurricanes. We understood that going into the area. It was nice to be able to support some local restaurants and dessert places with our stay.

Loved the number of bathrooms and easy access to
Pool…and the ac was awesome because I was not use to that kind of heat. Dishes were there so I could cook my family a meal. The master bathroom and shower was absolutely amazing. We also wanted to stay 2 extra days and it was so easy to contact property on as they responded to messages timely. We will be back
Next summer definitely!

The location was great. It was next to the river and ocean both. The bikes were nice and the tiki hut with TV outside was very nice. The pool and hot tub were great,
I didn't like the dogs above us on the second floor. I had to listen to them walking around, and they scratched my wife's arm while at the pool area making it swell up. The couch was uncomfortable.
