Location and 3 wonderful bathrooms. Brand new kitchen. Nicely decorated and beds were comfortable.
The pool company who was responsible for cleaning the pool must have skipped it. The pool was green with Algae growing. They tried to contact them but it took them 3 days to come out. We had to call to get the spa heater turned on. They were short on linens but brought them the next day. The pool is quite small if all of the units were full. We were lucky to have it to ourselves until the last day.

Good location. Convenient parking. Adequate cooling and heating which was important as temps dropped into the 40s. Property manager was responsive.
No dishwasher. Floor in living room and kitchen needed to be scrubbed. Banging noise on second floor exterior kept us up most of one windy night.

The outdoor areas were excellent. We used the pool and tiki hut everyday. Getting into town was a simple drive. My family really loved the short walk to the beach. The house was laid out well and offered ample room for my family. The rain forest shower head in the main bathroom was amazing. We would definitely stay again.
Heater for hot tub didn't work. It really didn't matter since it was really hot outside. The area is really torn up from the recent hurricanes. We understood that going into the area. It was nice to be able to support some local restaurants and dessert places with our stay.

Loved the number of bathrooms and easy access to
Pool…and the ac was awesome because I was not use to that kind of heat. Dishes were there so I could cook my family a meal. The master bathroom and shower was absolutely amazing. We also wanted to stay 2 extra days and it was so easy to contact property on as they responded to messages timely. We will be back
Next summer definitely!
