Sofien who managed the check-in and -out process was nice.
Apartment decoration was decent.
Delphine wasn’t very pleasant or accommodating to interact with.
No phone reception or data inside the apartment. WiFi connection was poor.
No hand soap or soap of any type in the apartment.
Hand-held shower head didn’t work, and shower door didn’t fully close.
Some of the lamps didn’t work.
Oven didn’t work.
Washing machine door took two days to open.
The hallway entrance to the apartment felt dodgy, with one door boarded-up, and the keys only closed one lock.
The check-in time was later than shown, and check-out time was earlier than shown on the booking. This was inconvenient.
Pool entrance started at €4, or €7 with a seat.
