La vista, la ubicación, el parqueo cubierto, lo amplio del apartamento
No sirve la nevera, no hay utensilios en la cocina, licuadora partida, no hay toallas, no hay nada de aseo en los baños, el tercer cuarto es muy pequeño, regular el aseo

Que ni las personas de la inmobiliaria ni el encargado o dueño me entregaron, ni recibieron el apartamento.

Apto amplio, dos cuartos para 4 personas c/u con aire, cocina, lavadero amplios, excelente vista al mar y a una cuadra de la playa.
El tercer cuarto es el de servicio, solo una cama sencilla y sin aire, se deben considerar solo dos cuartos realmente para acomodación.
